Our Team

We are a team of skilled, certified clinicians passionate about promoting wellness and cultivating health through awareness and intention. Our founders, Angie, Eric, and Erika originally connected over a shared passion for education and healing through awareness. Their diverse blend of skills allow us to provide a fully wholistic experience, incorporating principles of science, holistic healing, mindfulness, and traditional body work.

Erika's background includes a blend of traditional and holistic approaches to health.  In her early career, she was a yoga teacher and had a private practice that included massage therapy, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu (similar to acupressure), and shamanic healing.  In recent years she obtained her masters of science in Occupational Therapy, and works in outpatient rehabilitation focusing on assisting with chronic pain.  Her passion lies in assisting people to find healing in a holistic way, through listening to the inherent wisdom within their own body, mind, heart, and spirit.  She is available for workshops, long-distance craniosacral therapy, and Akashic Record consultations.

Angie graduated from CSU with her degree in Occupational Therapy in 1993.  For the past 25 years she has pursued a path to treating the whole person.  Angie is certified in Myofascial release, pelvic muscle dysfunction, Tai Chi for Health, and as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist.  She has had extensive training in craniosacral therapy in water in the Gulf waters of Florida.  Angie has a private practice in Fort Morgan and also travels to clients for day workshops and therapy intensives.  She offers sessions to promote embodiment and understanding of integrating mind and body to alleviate stress, anxiety, and trauma induced pain and dysfunction.  Home strategies and exercise programs are individualized for each client after each bodywork session.

Many people have experienced relief from headaches, concussion, joint pain, pelvic muscle dysfunction, reduced lung capacity, chronic fatigue, dizziness and more from Angie’s treatment techniques.  For more information, a free consultation, or to schedule an appointment please contact Angie at the link below.

Eric, a former active duty Marine, became interested in meditation during his college years due to PTSD symptoms.  This sparked a curiosity in the potentiality we as a human species are innately gifted.  Studying Vipassana and Centering prayer led to the awareness of the integral importance of the body in the recovery process of the nervous system from trauma.  He went on to study a spectrum of healing modality to include Trauma Release Process under founder Dr. David Berceli, massage therapy, reiki, yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy,  and Craniosacral Therapy.  As Veteran, enjoys teaching yoga to veterans at several VA facilities in the Denver/Metro area.  He is also a facilitator of Centering Prayer at the Center of Contemplative Living.
